The invention relates to a plastic template, which comprises an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer and an intermediate core layer, wherein, the upper and lower surface layers are manufacturedaccording to the following steps: magnesium hydroxide powder is treated with r-aminopropyl triethoxysilane in a high speed mixing machine; the treated magnesium hydroxide is evenly pre-mixed with atactic polypropylene, antimony trioxide, decabromodiphenyl oxide, benzoyl peroxide, calcium stearate, barium stearate, zinc oxide, bis(2,4-dicumylphenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphite in proportion in the high speed mixing machine; the magnesium hydroxide is extruded on a double screw rod extruding machine, cooled in water and granulated; the intermediate core layer is manufactured by adding 1 percent (weight) of AC foaming agent and 2 percent (weight) of silicone oil into the recycled polypropylene through the conventional method.
