Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a pretreatment method of a biomass material, the steps of the method comprises: by adopting a nanometer grinding device, corn leaves and straw stalks are ground with the size rang between 10 Mum to 20 Mum, thus the cellulose crystal thereof is exposed on the surface to be directly hydrolyzed, and the hydrolysis efficiency reaches 96 percent, which is identical with that of the sample split through the splitting method of phosphoric acid acetone. The pretreatment method can replace other pretreatment methods requiring chemical reagent, the cost and the environmental pollution are reduced, and the pretreatment method is a promising raw material pretreatment technology which utilizes lignocellulose to produce biological energy sources or useful chemicals.
