According to the weight parts, the raw material is composed of reinforced polypropylene masterbatch which occupies 20 percent to 42 percent and flame-resistant polypropylene masterbatch which occupies 58 percent to 80 percent. Wherein, according to the total weight of the reinforced polypropylene masterbatch, the reinforced polypropylene masterbatch is composed of polypropylene resin which occupies 40 percent to 50 percent and glass fiber which occupies 50 percent to 60 percent; according to the total weight of the flame-resistant polypropylene masterbatch, the flame-resistant polypropylene masterbatch is composed of non-halogen and expanding type flame retardant which occupies 35 percent to 45 percent, the polypropylene resin which occupies 54 percent to 63 percent and the processing auxiliary agent which occupies 1 percent to 2 percent; the invention also discloses a preparation method of the non-halogen and
