Preparation method for E-diarylethene derivant containing phenolic hydroxyl group or acetoxy group

The invention relates to a preparation method of E-diaryl ethene derivates of phenolic hydroxyl or acetoxy. The method takes a benzene ring 4-position or 4`-position as oxhydryl, and E-2, 3-diaryl crylic acid of acetoxy as a raw material, and the decarboxylation and isomerization reaction are implemented in the presence of a nitrogenous basic solvent and a catalyst under the heating condition; after the reaction is completed, the catalyst is filtered out from products, an organic solvent is used to leach the catalyst, and an acid liquor is used to wash away a reaction solvent, and a crude product is obtained by separating an organic layer, drying, decompression and concentration, and the crude product undergoes recrystallization for obtaining the product purified further. The method has the advantages of high reaction yield, short time, simple operation, low price and easy taking of reagent, being recoverable and recyclable of reagent, low pollution and easy large-scale preparation.
