Recycling technique for organic volatile matter of pigment of colorized painting steel

The invention relates to a technique for recovering and recycling the organic volatile matters of painted steel plates, mainly comprising an incinerator, a heating furnace and a control device. The solvent enters the incinerator from the inlet and through the control device; an oxygen control device and a temperature control device are arranged in the incinerator; the coal-gas and the air are mixed and the mixture enters the incinerator through a nozzle; the heating furnace is also connected with the incinerator; a gas-supply pressure control device, an exhaust valve, an oxygen warning device as well as an internal pressure indicating device and a temperature control device are arranged in the heating furnace. The technique has the advantages of energy saving, low cost, environment friendly and high safety factor.
