One-time egg white injection can speed up the pig fattening and further obviously increase the economical benefits of pig feeding; in addition, the method has low cost and convenient operation. The aim of the present invention is achieved through the following technical proposal: the key point lies in the adoption of 8 to 25ml of fresh egg white and the diluted confection with 5 to 10ml of distilled water and 5 to 10ml of glucose liquid; the confected liquid is used as the injection liquid and healthy pigs of 40 to 55 kilograms are injected for fattening; the injection part of the pig is the bending part of mandible within 1 to 5cm tightly close to the bone edge and the needle heads towards the head and forms an angle of 35 to 60 DEG C with the neck; the adopted fresh egg white is the fresh chicken egg white.
