Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a hamster PGHAM-1 hepatocarcinoma animal model and a building method thereof, which are characterized in that a PGHAM-1 cell (a hamster pancreatic cancer cell) is inoculated in the hamster pancreas to build a hamster pancreatic cancer animal model or is inoculated subcutaneously to form a subcutaneous cancer, then the fish-like part of the PGHAM-1 hamster pancreatic cancer is cut into small piece of 1 to 2 mm multiplied by1 to 2 mm to be planted in the hamster liver, and a hepatoncus with 0.5 to 1.0 cm diameter can be seen after one to two weeks. The model fabricated by the invention has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, short period, high success ratio, etc, and is an ideal hepatocarcinoma animal model. |
