Zusammenfassung:A top-bottom-lateral convertor steel-making method includes a top-bottom combined blown converter provided with a top gun and a bottom gun; wherein, the top gun is adopted to blow in oxygen; stirring gas is blown in by the bottom gun; the invention is characterized in that at least one lateral-blowing gun is arranged at the height of the whole melting pool of the wall of the top-bottom combined blown converter; besides, a lateral-blowing gun is adopted to blow in the gas or a slagging powder agent is blown in by carrier gas. The invention improves the existing convertor steel-making method and gives out a novel top-bottom-lateral convertor which not only improves the stirring effect of the melting pool of the combined blown converter, but also further reduces the uniform stirring time for the melting pool of the convertor, improves the dynamics conditions of a metal slag reaction as well as has the characteristics of enhancing slagging, improving the dephosphorization effect under a lower temperature, reducin
