Converter steelmaking process by top, bottom and side blowing

A top-bottom-lateral convertor steel-making method includes a top-bottom combined blown converter provided with a top gun and a bottom gun; wherein, the top gun is adopted to blow in oxygen; stirring gas is blown in by the bottom gun; the invention is characterized in that at least one lateral-blowing gun is arranged at the height of the whole melting pool of the wall of the top-bottom combined blown converter; besides, a lateral-blowing gun is adopted to blow in the gas or a slagging powder agent is blown in by carrier gas.
