A dynamic high-pressure pump and a decontaminating agent storage tank are mounted on a frame; the outlet of the high-pressure pump is connected with an overflow pressure reducing valve; the outlet of the overflow pressure reducing valve is connected with a decontaminating spray gun through a high-pressure hose; a decontaminating spray head is mounted at the outlet of the decontaminating spray gun. The device is characterized in that a water inlet of the high-pressure pump is connected with a proportional mixing valve; a sliding rod is arranged on the proportional mixing valve, and used for adjusting and controlling the proportional opening of two valve covers; the decontaminating spray head is provided with a rotatable distribution core and three groups of annularly arranged spray nozzles. The decontamination device ensures that a decontaminating agent and water are uniformly mixed according to the proportion and continuously supplied, and has the adva
