Ground facilities

A ground device relates to a device used for a vehicle to stably get on and off a hump flat car, which solves the defects of large vehicle loading and unloading difficulty as well as inconvenience of the original hoisting mode; the ground device consists of a primary approach bridge, a secondary approach bridge, steel frames, idler wheel devices and hydraulic oil cylinders; the primary approach bridge is manufactured into a middle platform; one side is manufactured into a slope structure; the corresponding side opposite to the slope is manufactured into a step structure; a step structure is manufactured at the secondary approach bridge; the step structures of the primary approach bridge and the secondary approach bridge are respectively provided with three steel frames; the idler wheel devices are arranged at the steel frames; the step structures are respectively provided with two hydraulic oil cylinders; the idler wheel device consists of a base, a movable seat, a spring, a shaft, an idler cover plate, a wea
