The invention relates to a device for fixing cups and bottles; a cup fixing frame is characterized in that the invention comprises a body with a holding structure and a sucker; the sucker is arranged at the bottom part of the body with the holding structure. The body with the holding structure is a cup-shaped vessel; or the body with the holding structure is a frame body, and the frame body comprises a round hoop and a stent; the stent is arranged on the sucker; the round hoop is arranged on the stent. The device for fixing the cups and the bottles is simple in structure and strong in practicality, and solves the inconvenient and unsafe problems brought by that the bottles or the cups are used for filling hot water for warming but without a fixation device.
