Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a primer set which comprises the primer pair of common NP gene of influenza virus and the primer pair of SIV subtypes. The primer set can be used for preparing an RT-PCR assay kit; the kit can be used for the differentiation of serological subtypes of swine influenza virus (SIV) H1/H3 and N1/N2 and can detect whether influenza virus of other subtypes apart from H1 and amp, H3, N1and amp and N2 exist in a sample.
