Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for realizing a stable biological nitrosation to a wastewater with low carbon nitrogen ratio and high nitrogen content. The method controls the aging of system sludge to 3 days and combines the operational methods of constant water-feeding and interval draining together. The method is carried out according to the following two phases: 1. sludge seeding and incubation phase: firstly the seeded sludge is put into a reactor and the incubation time is 20 days, and an activated-sludge SBR nitrosation process combining constant water-feeding and interval-draining isadopted as the beginning of incubation; 2. stable biological nitrosation operational phase: the activated-sludge SBR nitrosation process combining constant water-feeding and interval-draining which is successfully started is preserved, and the wastewater with low carbon nitrogen ratio and high nitrogen content is adopted as water supply, and the feeding-draining flow each week is a half of the volume of the reactor, the s
