Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a three-element-integration formaldehyde composite material with the functions of root position absorption, intercalation and assembly by using diatomite, intercalation phosphate and organic amine and by adopting self assembly technology for the construction. The composite material is a material which can adjust components and structures and can realize the new function of adjusting formaldehyde absorption amount and absorption curve. The adjustable absorption amount and absorption time can be achieved, thus leading the absorption character to inosculate with the release character of artificial board with free formaldehyde and allowance amount of safe absorption is kept. The new material produced by the technology can absorb a plurality of free formaldehyde functional groups and contains the intercalation phosphate which is controllable and can effectively absorb formaldehyde for a long time and, so formaldehyde absorption is characterized by better absorption, controllable absorption |
