The invention discloses an ophthalmological vitreous cutter. External compressed air or nitrogen adopted by the cutter goes through a pressure reducing valve (11) and a magnetic valve (12) sequentially. A gas source is divided into a negative pressure gas circuit, a pumping/liquor drainage gas circuit, an incision gas circuit and a scissor gas circuit by a flow divider. The cutter also comprises an air pump (71), an air storage tank (72) and a gas-liquid pressure relief output interface (73) which are sequentially connected to produce a positive air flow required by the exchange of gas and liquid. The ophthalmological vitreous cutter can meet all the strict requirements of a vitreous cutting operation and has low price, thus greatly lowering the cost of surgery.
