Moreover, the invention provides the medicament for curing hypoxia, including magnetism magensium isotope 25Mg and Porphyrin-fullerene compound according to the formula (1), wherein the residue A1, A2, A3, and A4 independently include 1-40 carbon atoms and at least a carboxylic group, wherein R, R' and R'' are the groups of independently including 1-80 carbon atoms, M is 2H or the element combined with pyrrole nitrogen atoms, L is a linking group and B is ball carbon residue.
