Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a precision die cutting technique for a caterpillar section, which is particularly applied to a caterpillar section forge piece with requirements of straight holes and straight edges. A set of nitrogen compressing die is added on an forged clipping press, a forge piece with a certain draft angle after the normal working procedures of edge-trimming and punching is subjectedto deep processing by using a precision cutting die with a punch and a female in combination with the nitrogen compressing die, thereby forming a surface with the straight holes and the straight edges conforming to the final requirements, wherein the deep processing of the precision die cutting technique is carried out by the one-step punching forming via the nitrogen compressing die. Originally,two processes of milling the surfaces on two sides and drawing the surface on one side of two holes are required, after applying the precision die cutting technique of the invention to the actual production, the two processes
