The health food comprises 1,400 to 1,800 parts of Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi, 150 to 260 parts of Panax quinguefolium, 200 to 460 parts Fructus Lycii, 200 to 460 parts of Herba Epimedii, and 260 to 500 parts of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi. The production method comprises the following steps: pulverizing, extracting with ethanol, concentrating and drying. The health food is prepared on the basis of the conventional Chinese medicinal health care theory, and can effectively relieve fatigue. Particularly, the product can be made into capsules, tablets or granules, etc. after extraction and concentration, and can be administrated very conveniently without being restricted by the use conditions.
