Method for preparing antioxidant copper resistant agent

The invention discloses a method for preparing antioxygen and anticopper agent N,N'-bis[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyoheyl)propionyl] hydrazine, belonging to the preparation technology of antioxygen and anticopper agents. The method comprises the following steps of: reacting 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyoheyl)methyl propionate and 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyoheyl)propionyl hydrazine in a solvent such as xylene in the presence of catalyst under certain conditions to obtain reaction solution, crystallizing, and filtering to obtain a product N,N'-bis[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyoheyl)propionyl] hydrazine; and distilling the filtrate to obtain solid matter, adding solvent into the solid matter, crystallizing, and filtering to obtain product N,N'-bis[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyoheyl)propionyl] hydrazine. The inventive method has the advantages of simple process, low waste production, and low preparation cost.
