Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the refinery exhaust gas and exhaust heat utilization technology and device field and in particular relates to a method for processing sulfurous gas and amino acid-gas and a device thereof for a refinery. The invention utilizes the heat produced when exhaust gas of the refinery is burned in a fuel gas and steam boiler to produce superheated steam, thereby effectively solving the disadvantages of great heat loss after the exhaust gas of the refinery is burned and saving the energy and expense for producing the superheated steam. The method and the device have the advantages of safety, environmental protection, energy saving and consumption reduction.
