Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a novel environment-friendly pencil eraser material and a method for producing the same. The compound is prepared according to the steps that: epoxidized soybean oil and four auxiliary agents are added into butylbenzene rubber and natural rubber, then natural calcium carbonate is added into the mixture to be mixed. The butylbenzene rubber in the invention has good performance and low cost, reduces the production cost; the epoxidized soybean oil has no toxicity and no peculiar smell, so the epoxidized soybean oil has no pollution and steady service performance; and thematerial and the method have simple process and low production cost, are easy to control the quality, and are suitable for large-scale production.
