The invention relates to a preparation method for a water dispersoid, the water dispersoid, fluor resin coating composite and coating articles. The invention provides a preparation method for a water dispersoid with 1 um-10 um accumulating grain diameter and fluor resin granule with 0.3 um-5 um average grain diameter accounting for 98% grain. The preparation method comprises the following procedure (1) and procedure (2).
