The invention relates to a retrieving device for an internally loaded substrate of a tray. A pedestal is arranged on the side of the tray carrying the substrate; at least a first driver is arranged in the pedestal and an extension frame capable of being driven by the first driver to levelly extend to the bottom of the tray is arranged in sliding manner in the pedestal; at least a second driver isarranged on the extension frame and a plurality of swinging arms are pivotally arranged on the extension frame; a roller is respectively pivoted on one end of each swinging arm, meanwhile, a second driver can drive the swinging arms to swing upward so as to drive the rollers to lift the pedestal in the tray upward and boost, and then directly use the rollers for transmitting the pedestal to move and separate from the tray.
