The present invention relates to a double air valve suitable for connecting to an barbeque grill, the double screw thread air valve comprises a distributor provided with an air inlet pipe and a steering pipe connected therewith, the steering pipe including two branches for distributing gas, each of which consists of a first part with screw threads inside and a substantially truncated cone-shaped second part; and two control valves for connecting to a burner, each of which includes a main body and a connecting pipe fixed to a corresponding branch of the steering pipe, wherein the connecting pipe consists of a cylindrical first segment with screw threads outside and a substantially truncated cone-shaped second segment. The screw threads of the first segment are connected to the first part, because of the grooves axially disposed on the surface of the second segment, the second segment is compressed when moving along the second part utile the control valves are located correctly relativeto the distributor.
