Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a power conversion device, including: an electric reactor (102) with one end connected with an AC power source (101); a short-circuited circuit (103) with one end connected with the other end of the electric reactor (102); a rectification circuit (104), one end of the AC input side of which is connected with the other end of the electric reactor (102), and the otherend of the AC input side is connected with the other end of the short-circuited circuit (103); a zero-crossing detection circuit (107) for detecting zero crossing of the AC power source (101); a control circuit (110) for controlling the short-circuited circuit (103); and an inverter circuit (108), wherein the control circuit (110) controls the delay time (T1) and the reacting time (T2) of the short-circuited circuit according to the output of the inverter circuit (108), so that the power factor can be corrected without detecting the input current of the AC power source.
