Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a high speed data acquisition method and a data acquisition card used for power monitoring. For the high speed data acquisition method used for the power monitoring, an analog signal is sent to an analog amplifying circuit through a concentric cable, and then a normal voltage signal is converted into a differential analog signa so as to be sent to a sampler in two ways; the sampler samples the analog signal. The method is characterized in that an A/D chip of 200M and a very large-scale field programmable gate array FPGA are used; the sampling is carried on in a flow system; the signal is output to a digital port after 16 cycles that the sampler samples, and a latch enabling signal is started at the same time; the FPGA detects the latch signal of the sampler and a digital signal of the port is latched into a buffering area, and accumulates in real time; an accumulating number is adjusted from 1 to 10000; after the accumulation, the data is latched into a memory of which an address is a
