Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a medium delivering device capable of reliably delivering medium. The medium delivering device is equipped with a medium pressing portion (5) including an inclined plane of pressing medium (p) and a vertical plane which contacts the wall surface at the delivering direction of a holding portion (2). The medium pressing portion (5) is formed in that the length (L2) from the intersecting point (18) between the inclined plane or the plane obtained by prolonging the inclined plane and the vertical plane or the plane obtained by prolonging the vertical plane to the upper end (5d) of the vertical plane is greater than or equal to the length (L1) from the intersecting point (18) to the contact junction (15) between the delivering roller (6) and the inclined plane. The medium pressing portion (5) is put on the topside medium (P) of holding portion (2).
