Plastic shell lithium ion battery and its making method

The invention relates to a new type plastic shell lithium-ion battery and the preparation method, the invention belongs to the filed of lithium-ion battery technology. The plastic shell battery provided by the invention comprises a battery core and a shell, wherein a positive pole and a negative pole are set on the plastic shell, the invention has the advantages that the shell comprises a corrosion-resistant layer which is the inner layer, a protective layer which is the outer layer and a metal isolation layer which is set between the corrosion-resistant layer and protective layer. The invention uses unique battery structure, thus enhancing sealing effect of the plastic shell, and providing a small size plastic shell battery which is safe, reliable, cheap and easy to get for the filed of the lithium-ion battery, the invention can replace the existing metal shell battery.
