Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a 20CrMnMo energy-saving carburetion composite heat treatment process including the following steps: (1) appropriate processing parameters are chosen to carry out the carburetion according to workpiece technique; (2) the workpiece is slowly cooled along with a furnace, little reticula cementite are gradually separated out on the surface of a carburized layer and cooled to 600-650 DEG C for holding in the surface for a period, the workpiece is recrystallized from austenite to pearlite, at the same time the carbide on the surface of the carburized layer undergoes spheroidisation; (3) the temperature is increased to 820-840 DEG C for holding, discharging and quenching are carried out to change austenite into martensite; (4) tempering treatment is carried out. The process greatly shortens the processing time, improves the production efficiency, and enhances the hardness, the abrasion resistance and the fatigue strength of the workpiece. |
