The weight ratios of components are as follows: Cu is more than or equal to 99.95%, O is less than or equal to 0.0010%, the total of metal element and impurity is less than or equal to 0.05%, and the total of the components is 100%. The processing technology comprises the following steps: melt casting, heating, hot-rolling, primary rolling, trimming, finish rolling, annealing, packing, warehousing and other working procedures. The processing technology has the advantages that the ingot is heated to a temperaturehigher than recrystallization temperature; strip stock is rolled in the temperature range of hotwork plastic zone; the cable copper strip produced fills in the domestic vacancy, enjoys good application prospect and is able to generate considerable economic, social and environmental benefits.
