Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method for making the improved powder metallurgy which increases the raw material consumption, lowers the self absorption of an active absorption layer, and makes a radioactive source to reach the maximum utilization ratio. The process of the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing up and stirring, (2) baking, (3) molding, (4) compounding, (5) agglomerating, maintaining at a constant temperature, and rolling, (6) compounding, annealing, and rolling. In the steps, mixing up (1) means promethium oxide is mixed and stirred up with the gold powder by mass ratio of from 1: 5 to 1:15, step (5) of agglomerating requires the agglomerating temperature between 790 and 810 degree centigrade and keeps at a constant temperature for 3 to 5 hours and then rolling. |
