The basement has a plurality of convex parts and a plurality of flat parts, wherein, the convex parts and the flat parts are at least alternatively arrayed one to one and at least an auxiliary structure is arranged at the convex parts, wherein the auxiliary structure is provided with birefringence and the adapting layer is arranged at the substrate and the auxiliary structure.
