The invention provides a passenger transport device which can reduce high size of a middle part of a frame without designing a pedal structure including a wheel into specific structure. In middle parts (4C, 4D, 4E, 4c) along length direction of the frame (4), a down part of a beam (14) opposite to pedals (5b, 29b) in return path side forms concave parts (21, 22, 23), and one part of the pedal in backhaul side steps through the concave part. Stepped trace of the pedal in return path side closes to stepped trace of the pedal in go path according with the structure, thus, high size of the middlepart of the frame can be reduced without designing a pedal structure including a wheel into specific structure.
