Electroacoustic transducer

The invention provides an electroacoustic transformator, which is capable of improving the driving efficiency of a magnetic circuit, and of precisely locating a base on a predetermined postion with respect to a frame (11). The electroacoustic transformator is provided with a frame (11), a base (12) which is fixed inside the frame (11) and made of quadrangular plate, a magnet (16) fixed on the internal surface of the base (12), and a magnetic circuit unit composed of a magnetic yoke fixed on the upper surface of the magnet (16). In addition, the frame (11) is provided with a vibration plate for fixing a voice coil (20), such that the voice coil positions within the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit unit. Bending parts (15) are fromed along the internal side of the frame (11) on the four edges of the base (12), corner parts between the bending parts (15) are provided with protrusion parts (31), wherein one side of the protrusion part froms a location locating surface.
