Electroacoustic transducer

The invention provides an electroacoustic transformator, of which the contact part on the free end part of the terminal will not be in poor contact with the contact part of peripherial equipment. The electroacoustic transformator comprises a frame (11), a base (12) fixed inside of the frame (11), a permanent magnet (16) fixed on the inside surface of the base (12), a vibration plate supported by the frame (11), a sound coil (20) fixed on the vibration plate between the base (12) and the permanent magnet (16) and a terminal (24) for electrical connection of the sound coil (20) to the peripherial equipment. The terminal (24) is made of plate spring material, wherein the fixing terminal part (24a) is fixed on the frame (11), and the free end part (24b) contacts with the peripherial equipment. The frame is provided with a guide slot (28) for guiding the movement of the free end part (24b) of the terminal (24).
