Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat includes: a frame part (2), which is lockable in its rear region on a rear foot (4) or on the chassis side and is pivoted in a front hinge (D) in a swiveling manner; a seat back pivoted in a seat back pivot on the frame part (2) in a foldable manner; and a seat part (7) for accommodating a user, which is adjustable downward into a lowered position when the seat back (5) is folded forward. The seat part may be interlocked with the frame part (2) in its lowered position, whereby the front lock of the frame part (2) is released. Three positions may be set: a use position for accommodating a user, a functional position, in which the seat back is folded forward, and a storage position, which is adjustable from the functional position by releasing the rear lock (3) of the frame part (2), interlocking the frame part (2) with the seat part (7) and folding forward about a front rocker (8).
