Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an active high silicon pad ball, which is compoed of 50-75% of high silicon clay, 10-40% of coal ash, 3-10% of resin and 5-12% of peeled kaolin, wherein the main chemical components of the active high silicon pad ball are 50-80% of silicon dioxide, 10-20% of aluminum oxide, at most 2% of ferric oxide, at most 2.5% of magnesium oxide and at most 7% of calcium oxide. The coal ash can generate oxidization reaction in high-temperature sintering process, therefore, stuff can form mesh porous structure and the silicon dioxide content in stuff is improved to 50-80% which is 50% higher than the content of silicon dioxide in prior common ceramic ball stuff, thereby improving the oxidation resistance of the stuff.
