Green oxadiazoles carbon steel restrainer and uses thereof

The invention relates to a corrosion inhibiter for acid pickling steels, in particular to an environment-friendly triazole corrosion inhibiter for acid pickling carbon steels, can avoid the corrosion of acid to carbon steel and products thereof in the acid picking process and over consumption of acidizing fluid and application thereof. The components of corrosion inhibiter are 4-methoxy acetophenone-O-1'- (1', 3', 4'-ltriazole) methylene oxime and/or 1- (4'- N, N-dimethyl benzene methylene imino) - 2 - sulfhydryl -5- (1'(1', 3', 4'-triazole) methylene)-1, 3, 4-triazole. The corrosion inhibiter of the invention can effectively prevent corrosion of acid to carbon steel materials in the acid picking process and has the outstanding advantages of low consumption, high corrosion inhibition efficiency, and stable corrosion inhibiting performance. Besides, the corrosion inhibiter for acid pickling steels of the invention has no pollution to environment with wide market prospect.
