Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a processing method of cold-making tea, which comprises the steps as follows: firstly the fresh leaves of tea are evaporated green and put into a piece of puffing equipment after natural cooling to the ambient temperature; simultaneously the refrigerant is added and evenly mixed with the tea; rapid cooling is conducted; then the tea is puffed in the puffing equipment; or the fresh leaves of tea are evaporated green and put into a freezing chamber for freezing after natural cooling to the ambient temperature; the temperature is decreased to -10 to -30 DEG C; then the tea is puffed in the puffing equipment; and the puffed tea is rolled, cut, dried, added with fragrance and screened. The processing method has the advantages that the steps are simple; the produced cold-making tea can be infused with the cold water or the ice water; and the tea components can be easily infused out under the low temperature (0 to 60 DEG C) and resist infusing, but the taste is not too bitter.
