The invention provides a vehicle air fuel heater test device, comprising a fuel supplying and measuring device for supplying fuel for the heater and measuring fuel consumption quantity, a gas distributing and measuring device for supplying combustion air for fuel combustion of the heater and measuring air flow, a exhausting device for exhausting waste gas generated by fuel combustion of the heater, a heat-exchange cycling and measuring device for generating cyclic heat medium in the heater and measuring the flow thereof, a console and data collecting device for controlling operation of the whole device, collecting and processing data. The invention can test the following properties for the vehicle liquid fuel heater of: component and content of exhaust, fuel consumption quantity, gas intake and outtake temperature, heat power, heat efficiency, air-fuel delivery ratio, etc. the invention can test various properties with different water flow, exhaust resistance, heat-exchange air flow and intake temperature.
