The present invention relates to a solar cell module and to a method for its production, as are used, in particular, in the concentrating solar technology sector. According to the invention, a solar cell module is proposed which has a large number of two-dimensionally arranged solar cells. According to the invention, these solar cells are applied to a substrate, which is coated with a metal layeron the surface facing the solar cells.
