Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an air-conditioner which is able to give play to electrostatic atomization function in a water-free state under diverse conditions. In addition, the invention provides an air-conditioner which is able to give play to electrostatic atomization function in a state without maintenance. An air-conditioner, which realizes the usage of electrostatic atomization function of Peltier elements, includes a cooling fan for promoting the heat dissipation of cooling surfaces of the Peltier elements, and a room temperature thermometer for detecting the room temperature and controllingthe rotating speed of the cooling fan in light of value detected by the room temperature thermometer.
