Light-boat-hanging, raft-hanging and goods-hanging three-purpose reel cart for ship

The invention discloses a three-use winch for hoisting a boat, a raft and goods on a ship, which includes a hydraulic motor, an over-speed governor, an idle gear box, a reducer, a main drum, a sliding bearing, a sliding bearing support, a base, a small drum and a clutch of the small drum, wherein, the main drum and the small drum are bore on the same axis and are connected with each other through the clutch of the small drum. An output shaft of the hydraulic motor is connected with an input terminal of the reducer which is connected with the main drum; the hydraulic motor is connected with an input shaft of the over-speed governor via a pair of idle gears. When the boat and the raft are landed by gravity, rotation speed of the main drum is decreased under the function of the friction resistance moment of the reducer and the boat and the raft are safely landed.
