The antigen subunits root in Entero hemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC) O157:H7. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the carrier vaccine for recombinant attenuated Salmonella typhimurium. The vaccine strain constructed by theinvention can be subcultured stably in vitro with selection pressure or not, which is proved by an immune rat that the vaccine has good immunogenicity and immunity protection effect. The immune rate is immunized with an immune scheme combining oral administration of the vaccine strain and injecting recombinant protein subcutaneously or in muscles.
