The telematic terminal unit comprises: a storage part which stores the audio firmware containing different-frequency tuning information and an interface routine; and a storage medium access part used for accessing a storage medium which records the audio firmware or the storage medium which records an aural signal, and transmitting the data which is read, wherein if the aural signal is transmitted, the aural signal is analyzed, and an aural signal processing part for tone quality is tuned and played according the running conditions of the audio firmware; if audio firmware data which is accessed is transmitted, the data in the storage part is renewed, and the audio firmware runs if an audio playing command is input by the interface routine, so as to process a controlling part of the aural signal processing part.
