Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses the smelting and molding technique of the purified enrichment of a high-quality ferro-nickel alloy. The product containing ferronickel smelted in a blast furnace is conducted oxygen blowing and slag forming through an eccentric bottom-tapping electric arc furnace and an LF furnace. Slag formers are added to the molten steel at a temperature of over 1, 450 DEG C according to the proportion of 10 to 200 kilograms per ton of molten steel and the weight percentage for the components of the slag former is 3 to 10 active lime to 1 fluorite. The molten steel after the slag forming is tapped to the LF (V) refined-smelting ladle furnace through the eccentric bottom-tapping electric arc furnace. When being tapped, lime is added to the molten steel according to the proportion of 1 to 6 kilograms per ton of molten steel, the argon gas is blown in and stirred for 1 to 10 minutes and then is electrically heated for refining when the refining position is reached. The weight percentage of the constitu |
