The invention relates to a simple, practical and protective restraint glove, including a glove body, the glove body includes a glove upper layer and a glove lower layer, the left and the right sides of the glove upper layer and the glove lower layer are respectively sewn and connected, a lower port of the glove upper layer and the lower port of the glove lower layer are fixedly connected by a zipper, the upper surface of the glove upper layer which is arranged at the upper port of the glove body is sewn with an elastic band, the lower surface of the upper port of the glove lower layer is sewn with a loose band, the upper surface of the upper port of the glove lower layer is fixedly connected with a restraint band, and the upper and lower surfaces of the restraint band are respectively sewn with a nylon fastener tape.
