Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production method of lotus leaf tea with high flavonoids content, pertaining to the tea production technology field. The processing steps are that: fresh lotus leaf is cut into square shape with side length 4cm; and tea microwave equipment of 6CM-10E type for deactivation of enzymes and drying is adopted; the lotus leaf deactivation of enzymes is carried out at microwave power 5 multiplied by 2.55kW and transmission speed 550r/min; then the obtained material is laid out and aired for 20 min, rolled for 20-25 min and dried with microwave; the dried lotus leaf, Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb and cassia seed are separately smashed and go through 40 meshes screen; then according to the mass ratio of lotus leaf: Fiveleaf Gynostemma Herb: cassia seed being equal to 1.8:0.3:0.2, the three materials are composited and well mixed and packaged into tea bag, wherein, water soluble flavonoids in the tea soup is no less than 2.6mg/g, which is higher by 10.9 percent than tea infusion of pure lotus tea |
