Zusammenfassung:Water-soluble artemisinin derivatives, their preparation methods, the pharmaceutical compositions containing them and the use thereof are disclosed. The artemisinin derivatives have the structure as following: These compounds and compositions have immuno-suppressive activities which has been proved by pharmacological test, and may be used to prepare novel immuno-suppressants for treating the diseases caused by hypofunction of human immunity ( e. g. auto-immune diseases such as lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and the like), and may be useful as anti-rejection agents in organ transplantation.
