Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for determining content of total cell wall substances in tobacco leaves, which adopts microwave technology, and selects benzene-ethanol mixture solution as extracting solvent and a refit soxhlet extractor as the extraction device. The method comprises the following steps of: making pulverized sample of tobacco leaves into a package; disposing the package in the refit soxhlet extractor containing benzene-ethanol mixture solution; placing in a refit microwave oven for extracting and heating treatment; adding distilled water for heating treatment; vacuum-filtering the solvent containing the total cell wall substances and drying to obtain the total cell wall substances in the tobacco leaves; and calculating the content. Compared with the conventional determination method, the invention adopts the microwave technique to test the content of total cell wall substances in tobacco leaves, and has greatly shortened test time, simple operation, reduced drug consumption and more accurate
